To the front of the cottage is a well maintained garden, planted with a wide variety of colourful shrubs and flowers. A pathway leads up to a patio area (below) equipped with a table and chairs - perfect for eating outdoors, or just relaxing.
Study area and parking facilities:
At the top end of the garden, near the patio area is the garage building. This has been partly partitioned off to form a seperate office/study area, complete with it's own W.C. Mains power is avalible and storage space is provided. This studio is an ideal office for those considering longer rents (please ask for details), or for the short-term visitor who needs space to work.
To the front/side of the garage is parking for approximately two vehicles (depending on size). The parking is off-road and close to the property.
